Mall backend

The backend is the mall admin delivered to a client: catalog, warehouses, orders, contracts, invoices, credit, and shipping. Admins are named by the client.

What you receive

  • Admin tools for catalog, stock, prices, and warehouses
  • BOM matching, cart, requisitions, contracts, and invoices
  • Order review, split shipments, credit limits, and a handoff to the client’s own business system
  • Inquiry records, with Chinese and English stored separately

Who it is for

It fits a company whose own staff will update products and articles. Admin accounts are issued only to people the client names.

Boundary

The admin address is for the client’s administrators. Inquiries on this website are used only to reply.

What one order keeps

Admins maintain part numbers, warehouses, stock, prices, and publish state. Buyers match a bill, add to the cart, and submit a requisition or an order. When part, quantity, and delivery are set, the system drafts a contract. Cancellations, quantity changes, and split shipments stay on that order. An invoice can follow the order or be started from a message.

Shipping can be pickup or split across warehouses, with tracking recorded. Monthly credit uses a limit set per customer. When the limit is used up, it is reviewed again. An order can be pushed to the client’s own business system or exported for reconciliation. Chinese and English are stored separately. Translating only the menu does not finish a language.

Common questions

Is a language button enough?

No. Chinese and English each keep their own title, text, and address. Translating the menu while leaving the body in the other language is not a finished language version.

Who can sign in?

Admins named by the client. Those accounts stay separate from the visitor inquiry form.

Talk about a mall project

Leave a phone number and the requirement, or call the business line. Fees follow the project scope.
