How a credit limit is set per customer
Monthly credit uses the limit and the term configured for that customer. Brand storefronts still share one mall. A used-up limit is reviewed again.
The limit sits on the account
Each customer on monthly terms has a limit. The term length is written on that account by an admin, from the contract. At order time the open balance is compared with the remaining limit. The part that would exceed the limit cannot use monthly terms. The buyer uses another connected payment method, or waits for a new review.
The site does not print one number of days for every customer. Two customers can have different terms because their contracts differ.
Brands and distributors on one storefront
A brand that joins maintains its own catalog, stock, and shipping. A distributor can replenish as agreed. Buyers still search and check out in one mall. They do not pick a backend first.
The order shows who ships each line. A brand warehouse and the operator’s warehouse can appear as different shipment records on one order.
After the limit is used up
An admin reviews the limit and writes the new figure on the account. Orders already placed keep the limit that applied then. A later increase or decrease does not rewrite that history. The statement lists orders and payments so finance can see the open balance.
Member level, contract price, and credit limit are maintained apart. Changing a price does not change the limit, and changing the limit does not change a price already confirmed on a contract.

Does every customer share one term?
No. Term and limit are set on the account from that customer’s contract.
Can ordering continue after the limit is used?
Not on monthly terms. Another connected payment method can be used, or the limit can be reviewed.
Does a brand get a separate storefront?

Does a higher limit rewrite old orders?
